Zara’s Little Sister We Can Not Wait to Meet
October 14, 2011 § 2 Comments

There is just too much excitement about Uterque coming to UK. Indeed, Zara’s little sister has big shoes to fill, and knowing how good the marketing team behind it is, there is hardly any doubt of its success.
While Britain is waiting to hear about the locations for the new stores, we get to check out the products online. And the range is great – the new brand is luxurious and focuses mostly on high quality leather good. So here is my pick of the ultimate bag(large leather envelope clutch), a pair of shoes (Trekking ankle boots with heels for £135) and an accessory to die for(Floral print foulard with double border for £64.90). My advice – get something soon, before all your friends do!
Not Just Wellies, LV Wellies!

What has everyone been talking about since LV Autumn/Winter show? The LV wellies of course! (LV would disagree with my terminology – they named this rubber creation Fetish High Boot.) Now they are available to buy and definitely deserve a place on my fashion wishlist.
They are absolutely perfect for London – unarguably the most fashionable way to step out into the rain. Previously it was all about Jimmy Choo and Hunter collaboration (I own a beautiful pair in red) but now the world of wellies has been improved by adding a high heel. Now wellies are ready to rock the urban environment.
Available in 3 colours – green, black and red for £630.
Make Your Perfect Ballerina

Ballet flats. What would we do without them? This month iconic French shoe maker Repetto teamed up with Selfridges to allow us, the ballet flat lovers to create a perfect shoe by choosing out of 250 colours of leather, bows and trimmings. The pop up atelier is open until 12th September and your unique shoe will cost a minimum of £345. But just imagine no one (apart from people who design identical shoe) will wear the same shoes as you, how very ‘couture’!
At the end of the day it is not just about the resulting shoe but a different shopping experience. I am all up for pop up shops and shopping techniques that involve the customer. Big well done to Repetto, great way to promote the brand!
Jimmy Choo Kerfield Shoe Boots

Meet Kerfield Shoe Boot. My favourite piece of the Autumn/Winter 11 Jimmy Choo collection.
Generally, I am obsessed with Jimmy Choo. After all the different shoes I wore over the years that made me feel like I would rather walk bare foot across hot coal just after a few hours, Jimmy Choo is a find. I am sure it all depends on foot shape and some would find Christian Louboutin shoes comfortable (even though he himself does not believe his shoes are made for comfort). Nevertheless I have been converted – all my shoe investments for the last year have been into Jimmy Choo’s. For me its not just buying a beautifully crafted piece of shoe art, it is buying something I could wear and not want to take off!
This new shoe boot has so much to offer – platform, killer heal, a choice of blue or black colour.. I would not think twice about buying this shoe but a £650 price tag means for now, the only place those shoes can take in my life is on my wish list.
